Cost of participation in the conference:

EUR 1135 + 22% VAT


The above mentioned price cover the participation in the conference and in a banquet in the evening.

Discounts:

  • 10% for an application for 3-4 participants

  • 15% for an application for 5-8 participants 

  • In the case of a cancellation received by 28 April 2008 a - 50% refund
  • In the case of cancellation received after 28 April 2008 - the cost will not be reimbursed

Sending in the conference application form shall be construed as the acceptance the general conditions of participation in the conference, presented on the following website: www.process.com.pl and shall authorize AION Sp. z o.o., with the registered office at 51 b Ruska Street, 50-079 Wroclaw to process, for marketing purposes, the personal details of the above mentioned participants of the conference, according to „The Personal Data Protection Act”, of 29 August 1997 (Legal Gazette no. 101, item 926, dated 2002 with subsequent changes).

The herewith form aims at helping to find a suitable accommodation in Wroclaw. All the costs related to accommodation of the participants will be covered by the entity which has sent in the conference application form.

AION Sp. z o.o. shall not be responsible for the services provided by hotels and shall not guarantee that accommodation will be available during the conference (e.g. in case there are no places available in hotels whose standard complies with the above mentioned information).
 

In case the conference is cancelled the organisers will reimburse all the monies paid. In the case the conference is not held due to the reasons being beyond the control of the organisers, the organisers shall have the right to organise the conference at a different date, chosen according to wishes of the greatest number of the participants. If due to the reasons beyond the organisers’ control one of the lecturers is not able to deliver a lecture during the conference, the organisers reserve the right to organise a lecture of a different lecturer, having similar knowledge.
