Bloki tematyczne zostały podzielone na dwie 90-minutowe części. W trakcie pierwszej, prezentowany będzie przede wszystkim materiał teoretyczny z omawianego zakresu. W drugim bloku prezentowane będą dodatkowo sposoby wdrażania zaprezentowanych metod w organizacjach.
Uwaga. Wykłady będą prowadzone w języku angielskim i jednocześnie tłumaczone na język polski.
